Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced accounting specialist to join our team as a key member of our advisory services. As a Swiss GAAP FER expert, you will provide valuable insights and guidance to clients on financial reporting and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client engagements and develop strategic plans for implementing capital market-friendly reporting systems.
* Provide expert advice on Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS standards, as well as Obligationenrecht.
* Support clients in preparing financial information, particularly for corporate transactions such as carve-out financial statements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and drive business growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
Requirements
* Swiss Wirtschaftsprüfer or equivalent qualification; or nearing completion of relevant education or training.
* Minimum four years of experience in auditing, consulting, or accounting and reporting roles; experience in consolidation or group accounts is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and Rechnungslegung nach Obligationenrecht; IFRS skills are an asset.
* Experience with BEPS Pillar 2 is preferred.
* Excellent proficiency in German or French, with English communication skills also highly valued.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
