Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and solution-oriented Production Engineering Specialist to support ongoing transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving operational excellence through the optimization of production processes, equipment, and assembly methods.
The successful candidate will contribute to strategic improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce labor time, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This is a key position within the Product and Process Engineering team, offering the opportunity to lead impactful change across the organization.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing workflows and production processes for the efficient assembly and testing of devices and components.
Lead the design, procurement, and integration of production equipment, managing coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Assume product ownership for a designated product line, overseeing all production engineering activities across multiple sites.
Collaborate closely in the industrialization of new products, supporting the transition from concept to full-scale production.
Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record in industrial production, ideally with experience in a similar scope of responsibility.
Additional vocational training or professional development in relevant fields is advantageous.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to challenge conventional approaches.
High affinity for IT systems and data-driven process optimization.
Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and change management, with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
Fluent in German ; proficient in English within a technical context.
