The Product Operations & Merchandising Intern will support the preparation of product contents, analysis, presentations, and other daily activities for Kids line.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist and support the Product Operations & Merchandising Dept. in all required daily activities;
1. Support the preparation of all product material/contents & selling tools
2. Preparation of product presentations
3. Product communications update during the sales campaign
4. Collection updates follow-up and PLM systems cross-check
5. Sales analysis preparation
6. Support market needs follow-up
* Support Line opening presentation
* Support Ad hoc projects & capsules
* Support and follow-up all the in-season requests (i.e. late-add/new opening/re-run styles).
* Ensure frequent and clear communication cross departmental.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Merchandising
* Passion and attitude in fashion field
* Good knowledge of Windows Office and of the main pattern design systems
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong knowledge in using planning and analytical systems
* Well organized and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
* Highly motivated and committed to the job assigned
* Proactively works toward set goals
* Attention to details and follow-up
* Flexible with the ability to adapt to complex business situations and with a strong sense of urgency
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external players
* Positive attitude, open minded, good team player
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian are essential for this role. Any other European language would be considered a plus
