Philippe SA Geneva Metrologist Philippe SA Geneva Metrologist (M/F) Mission Within the Metrology team, your mission will be to ensure the control of the company's measurement processes according to internal needs and current standards. Propose and manage continuous improvement actions for measurement processes. Responsibilities Define and implement metrology programs within the company. Identify the needs for measuring equipment and define specifications (acquisition and evolution) in connection with measuring equipment partners with the required level of performance and implement measurement processes (monitoring plans and audits). Propose and deploy new technical approaches to improve measurement performance, in a cross-functional manner in line with transversal projects related to metrology. Optimize the preventive maintenance plans for measuring equipment: costs and frequencies. Define the educational content of research. HES engineer with knowledge in physical measurements or equivalent degree. Strong metrological knowledge, quality experience of 5 to 8 years in a similar role, ideally in the industry. Mastery of problem-solving tools and methods. Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge in 3D measurement and adaptability. Team spirit and attention to detail.
