Senior Accountant Industrie (m/w/d) at Rocken®
Bring your expertise to our engineering and planning company, supporting private and public clients in the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors across Switzerland.
Base pay range
CHF 90,000.00/yr – CHF 110,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Lead the financial accounting for our engineering teams, including accounts payable, receivable management, payments, and closing processes.
* Support Gruner Gesellschaften with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Prepare Swiss VAT declarations independently.
* Continuously improve existing financial processes and identify optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with other departments and locations.
* Travel regularly to Renens to maintain close contact with the on‑site team.
Qualifications
* Commercial training with a completed specialization in finance and accounting.
* Several years of professional experience in accounting.
* Excellent Excel skills and comfort with numbers.
* Experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
* Proficiency in English and French.
* Analytical thinking, strong problem‑solving skills, and a communicative, team‑oriented attitude.
