Business Development ManagerMissions As a Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in the development and sales of the Group by being a true driver of growth for all entities. Job Description Business Development and Lead Generation Actively participate in the construction of the Commercial Action Plan (PAC) for Genève Sports SA Identify new clients within the framework of the PAC defined by Genève Sports SA and the group entities Prospect and increase the commercial volume Transform generated leads into acquired clients Client Portfolio Management and Development Create loyalty with existing clients and maximize their engagement Regularly propose product and service offers tailored to client needs, in a dynamic of growing acquired accounts Support clients during events implemented by Genève Sports SA and the entities Understand, track, and analyze customers to improve offerings from one season to the next and actively participate in adjustments to the offerings and services provided by Genève Sports internally Work closely with the marketing teams (brand, BI, and offer) of Genève Sports SA in building the commercial offering for your scope Participate in defining commercial objectives and implementing associated actions Support the development of sales support tools for your scope Monitor performance indicators and propose internal adjustments for your client portfolio Ensure follow-up of quotes and/or purchase orders from the phase of agreement until full payment of the price Diligently fill out the CRM tool available to the sales team Actively participate in reporting sessions established Profile Strong grounding in the Geneva basin, with an established network allowing for the identification and development of commercial opportunities 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, ideally in sports sponsorship, events, or a similar environment Excellent mastery of prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals Demonstrated ability to structure and execute effective commercial actions Confirmed experience in CRM tools and commercial management Strong sense of priorities and entrepreneurial spirit Leadership, autonomy, and ease with interlocutors at all levels. jid384fe9eaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
