Your key responsibilities
* Facilitate discussions with client stakeholders to help them define their needs and translate them into Project requirements.
* Lead the design and implementation of modern technology platforms and enterprise applications suited to client needs, and the management of project phases and activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
* Co lead the development of the SAP EPM practice by leading sales and team development activities (including recruiting, learning and development).
* Drive cooperation opportunities with local and international colleagues across EY service lines.
To qualify for the role you must have:
1. A Masters degree with a strong academic record of achievement, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Business.
2. 7+ years of experience in end to end design and implementation of SAP Finance technology, particularly in Planning and Consolidation with SAP Analytics Cloud; key topics include revenue, COGS, P/L, manpower planning.
3. SAP Certifications in relevant areas (SAP Analytics Cloud: Planning; SAP Business Planning and Consolidation) preferred.
4. Proven experience leading teams/workstreams in S/4HANA implementations for global clients, particularly in Life Sciences / Consumer / Manufacturing industry; previous experience in Consulting is a strong advantage.
