YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Digital Manufacturing Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our Maison, ensuring that our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role will report to the Head of Digital Transformation. The Digital Manufacturing Business Partner will be responsible for guaranteeing the success of our Digital Manufacturing Products by understanding users' needs, conducting prioritization routines with key business stakeholders, and following up on solutions implementation.

PLAYING YOUR PART

PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Build the 3–5-year strategic system roadmap for Industry

* You will collaborate with business functions and Group stakeholders to provide a high-level view of the application landscape by domains
* You will regularly review and update the roadmap based on evolving business needs, technological advancements, and market trends

Frame and lead the technical/functional contribution to transformation projects

* You will contribute defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with the strategic roadmap and business requirements
* You will manage tech project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Maison/Group

* You will communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner
* You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment to ensure project success

PRODUCT LED APPROACH

Develop Maison Industry departments around product vision

* You will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with Maison's strategic goals

Manage the product roadmap and backlog, and adequation of the business demands with product vision

* You will create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and customer needs You will manage the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the latest requirements and priorities
* You will continuously assess and adapt the product vision to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business needs and market trends

Maximize value creation, and Group resources / capabilities consumption

* You will manage the product resources effectively, allocating them to maximize value creation and ensure alignment with the product roadmap
* You will leverage the expertise and resources available within the Richemont Group to enhance the product development process and deliver optimal results

SPOC for Group related Products

* You will serve as the single point of contact for all Group-related product initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require

* A Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Digital Transformation
* A significant 10 years' experience in a digital transformation team in a Manufacturing context, including good understanding of all watchmaking industry
* Product Management, Project management skills and Agile methodology
* Solid knowledge in SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP eWM, Workshop data collection & monetization (MES & IIoT layers)
* Fluency in English & French
* Data-Driven Mindset, Stakeholder Management, Effective communication, Team spirit
