Your tasks
* Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V).
* Manage networks, storage, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis).
* Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery policies.
* Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
* Maintain Active Directory, GPOs, SSO, and RBAC.
* Manage Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
* Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintain documentation.
Your profile
* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing on-premises IT infrastructure.
* Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator.
* VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
* Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL).
* Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.
* Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.).
* Proficiency in network administration.
* Experience with enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, SIEMs).
* Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
* Experience with migrations from on-premises to MS Azure.
