Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Our partner, an innovative technology company specialising in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to contribute to the evolution of their IT operations and enterprise integrations.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide Tier 2 support for complex IT infrastructure issues.
2. Manage Windows, macOS, and productivity tools like Microsoft 365 and Slack.
3. Implement proactive monitoring for system health, patching, and compliance.
4. Oversee IT service delivery and ticket resolution processes.
5. Advise stakeholders on IT best practices and system utilization.
6. Lead IT integration projects, including SaaS and enterprise platforms.
7. Drive automation to improve efficiency, security, and user experience.
8. Optimize cloud infrastructure while ensuring security and compliance.
9. Mentor junior IT staff and promote continuous improvement.
10. Enforce security policies, manage risk, and oversee disaster recovery plans.
Your Profile
11. Over five years of experience in IT support, infrastructure operations, and cloud system management.
12. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across various IT environments.
13. Skilled in enterprise IT tools, including Microsoft 365, Slack, and Entra ID.
14. Experience in IT automation, scripting, and system integration.
15. Knowledge of MDM solutions like Intune, Jamf, or Kandji.
16. Practical experience with networking concepts such as VLANs, firewalls, and VPN configuration.
17. Relevant certifications, including Microsoft Azure Administrator, ITIL, or CompTIA Network+/Security+, are a plus.
18. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Italian is a valuable asset.
