RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the implementation of different Treasury projects such as Treasury P&L Control and FX Sell Down.
* Ensure requirement management and provide end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality, and costs.
* Ensure project compliance with governance and minimal standards.
* Responsible for the successful hand‑over of solutions to the Operations organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in managing projects with CTB budgets > CHF 1m classic methodology.
* Experience managing projects with external or third‑party solution providers.
* Enjoy close interaction with multiple teams and coordinate between diverse stakeholders (IT and Business).
* Ability to handle administrative aspects of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.).
* Good presentation and communication skills.
* Fast learner with understanding of business context and project governance.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders from Business and IT.
* Strong skills in Jira and Confluence.
* Project management certification or equivalent qualification / experience.
* Problem solving, social interaction & cross‑cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can‑do spirit.
