We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join, for one year, our International Retail Solutions department, as STAGE Hospitality and Event Coordinator. The STAGE Hospitality and Event Coordinator is based in Couvet and is responsible for assisting the STAGE Manager on the organization of visits at STAGE mock-up Boutique. This multi-task profile will be the key contact of our stakeholders to coordinate and prepare their venue in this area dedicated to Retail Experimentation (for testing, training, role playing, shooting and so on). In this role, you will help create engagement and follow-up with our visit HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Logistics & Event Coordination Organize kick-off meetings, gather visitors requirements Coordinate the preparation of every visit with internal project leaders and external partners Organize stays of internal and external visitors Prepare STAGE area before visitor’s venue Hospitality & Visits Welcome and assist visitors during their presence at STAGE Manage group visits: operate as a tour guide and identify room for improvement Create engagement & follow-up with our visitors Create content for information Update KPIs related to visits Maintain and update the tour speech depending on the evolution of STAGE area and the implementation of the latest projects and prototypes Suggest any improvement on topics related to greeting, catering and other hospitality top Content Creation Support content creation around STAGE initiatives, leveraging our broadcasting system and other communication means HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? You have 5 years of experience in Hospitality Management or Logistics You are fluent in English and French You are organized, autonomous, proactive and agile You possess excellent communication skills You are flexible and at ease to work in a fast-changing environment WHAT DO WE OFFER?
