Tasks
Assembly of complete handpieces (subassemblies, peripherals, etc.) in accordance with defined process instructions
Testing of mechanical, optical, and electronic components as well as software
Performing final inspections in compliance with quality requirements
Proactive contribution to the continuous optimization of assembly processes
Participation in complex problem‑solving in collaboration with other specialists
Option: Assumption of team leadership, including supervision, support, and development of 2–3 direct reports, as well as coordination with the Director of Production
Profile
Technical vocational training as a watchmaker, electronics technician, automation technician, electromechanical technician, or similar
Solid knowledge in assembly, adjustment/alignment, electrical and electronic systems; ideally experience in assembling precision mechanical components
Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Excel‑based technical software is an advantage
Strong quality awareness, manual dexterity, and a precise, accurate working style
High level of initiative, perseverance, and flexibility
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork as well as cross‑functional collaboration
Fluency in German (written and spoken); English and French are an advantage
