Job Description: SAP Business Solution Architect (German Speaker) required by Whitehall Resources GmbH for a permanent in-house opportunity based in Zug, Switzerland.

Role: Permanent/In-House
Location: Zug, Switzerland (with potential travel to other German-speaking locations)
Work Mode: Hybrid/Flexible, combining onsite and remote work.
Language Requirements: English & German (minimum B2 level)
Experience Required:
Multiple project experience in solution design as a solution architect
Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, integration scenarios, and functions
Analytical thinking and implementation skills from strategy to operations
Excellent moderation and communication skills, especially in presenting concepts
Multilingual abilities in German, English, and business/IT language
Curiosity, pragmatism, quality focus, down-to-earth attitude, empathy
Responsibilities:
Designing industry and customer processes based on SAP products
Developing architectural proposals for hybrid SAP environments
Supporting consultants during project implementation and review
Ensuring complete integration and end-to-end consideration
Implementing optimizations and new features
Providing professional, organizational, and technical support
Training and mentoring colleagues
