Technical Sales Manager (80% - 100%)
Your mission
You will independently manage and develop business and opportunities in the assigned countries, thereby directly contributing to the company’s growth.
Beyond sales, you will become a true ambassador of Montena with our local clients and partners. You will identify new opportunities, develop lasting relationships, and actively participate in expanding our presence in both established and emerging markets.

Your responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and realise new business opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with existing distributors, partners, and clients.
Develop and manage your territory to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Support local agents and distributors through regular visits and close commercial support.
Actively participate in opening and developing new markets.
Represent Montena at trade fairs, conferences, and international events.
Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to integrate field feedback into product developments and communication actions.
Ensure active monitoring of market trends, technological developments, and the competitive environment.
Your profile
Higher technical education (engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience in selling complex technological solutions.
Proven experience in B2B sales of technical products or solutions.
Strong interest in industrial technologies and environments with a high technical component.
Experience in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), test & measurement, electronics, or instrumentation is an asset.
Excellent professional command of English; any other language is an advantage.
Availability for international travel representing about 20% of working time.
