Key Responsibilities
Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes in collaboration with project leaders by designing and executing development protocols, analyzing data, and reporting results. Contribute to the industrialization and technology transfer of new products and process changes, including preparation of production documentation, training of manufacturing teams, and follow-up of initial batches. Provide technical expertise on product and process topics, proposing innovative solutions and supporting scientific activities. Participate in quality-related tasks such as non-conformity investigations, CAPA, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Plan and manage pilot plant activities and drive lean manufacturing actions in the assigned area. Support regulatory activities by preparing technical documentation and responding to technical queries within a regulated GMP/ISO environment.

Basic knowledge of gel rheological properties (preferred)
Education & Qualifications
Master’s degree in a scientific field such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
Professional Experience
1 year of professional experience in a Medical Devices, biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals environment
Initial experience (internship or entry-level role) in an industrial setting, preferably within a regulated environment (GMP/ISO)
