Aufgaben
Review current global business processes and workflows in the fund management on the plattform for document and process management for internal stakeholders, including investor's access / Identify need for improvement with regard to the various applications in the fund business and support changes based on the architecture of the business processes / Ensure that the requirements and performance capabilities of the solution are clearly understood / Ensure compliance and further development of the required business processes / In collaboration with the specialist teams in business and IT, facilitating communication as well as analyzing and evaluating key processes optimizing the design of target operating models / Analyze and track operational incidents and processes and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency ensuring internal and external user satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements / Perform application and user acceptance testing / Collaborating in the validation and documentation business requirements / With focused trainings of application owners and create a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data insights / Support ad hoc projects for the senior management.
Qualifikation
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with IT affinity / Work experience as a business analyst in a Big Four or an international consulting company with bank projects or at a major fund manager / Interested in topics related to the fund industry with traditional and alternative investments / Familiar with with project management / Experience with end-to-end processes of document management and applications on platforms, ideally from fund managers / Analytical and conceptual skills / High attention to detail and high accuracy even under time pressure / Strong communication skills, team-oriented with solution-driven approach / Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PP / Fluency in English, German as an advantage.
