We are seeking a Junior Financial Controller for a 100% permanent position based in Lausanne, Switzerland. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work 40% from home. We provide a dynamic, multicultural working environment in contemporary premises. If you enjoy satisfying internal customers and ensuring their satisfaction, consider the following responsibilities.
Main responsibilities :
1. Produce detailed month-end reports for each department accurately and on time.
2. Analyze business results and provide insights to management on variances versus budget and forecast.
3. Hold regular meetings with departmental managers to discuss financial performance, risks, and savings opportunities.
4. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to review budgets and forecasts.
5. Support users on finance systems (PO/invoice approvals, etc.) and provide training on financial planning tools (e.g., Jedox).
6. Participate in other requests and project developments.
Qualifications :
1. Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Fluent in English and French.
3. Practical knowledge of management accounting and consolidation systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, Oracle, Hyperion).
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Mission :
You will add value to the Sales and Marketing team by supporting management in decision-making. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing financial controlling manager and report to them.
