The opportunity
EY-Parthenon's (EY-P) Transactions Corporate Finance (TCF) department is a unique intersection of corporate finance and M&A transactions, focusing on M&A Advisory, Transaction Diligence, and Valuation Modeling & Economics. In your early years at EY-P TCF, you will gain broad experience across sectors and domains, working on projects like Due Diligence, Valuations, or M&A Lead Advisory. This will help you develop into a well-rounded transaction advisor with technical expertise and sector knowledge. To support our growing Transaction Diligence team in Geneva, we are seeking a Senior Consultant.

Your key responsibilities
While Financial Due Diligence is a core part of this role, the scope of Transactions Corporate Finance is broader, including M&A advisory and Valuation support, such as preparing transaction documents, company valuations, market research, financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic support.
* Perform Financial Due Diligences related to company sales or acquisitions with a dynamic, multicultural team;
* Identify risks and considerations affecting purchase prices and contribute to purchase agreements;
* Utilize advanced analytics tools and implement digital solutions within SaT;
* Analyze virtual datarooms and support Q&A during due diligence;
* Assist through signing to closing phases;
* Prepare detailed reports on due diligence findings;
* Gain experience across sectors and develop industry-specific expertise, with opportunities for international mobility.
Skills and attributes for success
* Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or STEM, with an optional Chartered Accountant (Swiss CPA, ACCA, ACA) or CFA qualification;
* 2-4 years of Transaction Diligence experience in a Big4 environment;
* Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; proficiency in German and Italian is a plus;
* Knowledge of analytical tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills;
* Leadership experience, including liaising with senior advisors and supervising juniors;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent team player capable of working across organizational levels.
