Key Responsibilities
* Participate in FATs and commissioning activities to ensure the smooth operation of our aseptic filling line and equipment.
* Provide first-level support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for assigned facilities and equipment, assisting mechanics with troubleshooting and resolution.
* Complete, document, and monitor maintenance, calibration, and commissioning activities in accordance with safety and cGMP requirements.
* Monitor and control automated production processes to ensure seamless operation.
* Support balanced programs, tools, and processes to enhance plant operability and reliability.
* Induct and train new employees in compliance with GxP guidelines.
* Prepare for operational readiness, including planning operating instructions, ensuring safe system operation, coordinating training courses, and maintaining and servicing systems.

Requirements
* Apprenticeship as Automation Technician or equivalent education.
* Proven work experience as an Automation Technician in the pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industries.
* Experience with GMP is a plus.
* Fluent in either German or English (with willingness to improve/learn the respective other language)
* Willingness for on-call service
