Requirements
Must have:
- University degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field. - 1-3 years experience in banking, consulting, business analysis, or technology (internships included). - Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office) is a plus. - Strong interest in private banking, digital platforms, and process optimization. - Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex topics. - Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn. - Fluency in French and English. - Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior advisors in managing day to day interactions with Partner Banks and understanding their platform needs. - Assist in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing client requests across multiple functional domains. - Contribute to translating business needs into clear requirements for IT and Operations teams. - Help track change requests, roadmap items, and platform enhancements. - Develop familiarity with LOs proprietary private banking platform and its front to back architecture. - Participate in workshops, testing activities, and internal coordination meetings. - Stay informed about platform evolutions and industry trends in wealth management technology.
