About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Data Analytics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Tableau's powerful solutions to nonprofits, enabling them to make data-driven decisions to further their mission.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with C-level engagement and experience working with or selling into nonprofit organizations. You will excel at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization and have exceptional communication skills that allow you to influence and engage decision-makers across various lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop opportunities through prospecting within the United Nations and its subsidiaries worldwide.
* Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful implementation of Tableau solutions.
* Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service throughout.
About You
* You have at least 3-4 years of experience in field-based enterprise software sales, preferably within the SaaS environment.
* You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* You know how to plan and execute territory and account strategies, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
* You are a creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to offer solutions that align with the unique needs of nonprofit organizations.
