Responsibilities
* Provide daily administrative and commercial support to the Private Banking team.
* Manage retrocessions, commissions, and process client account openings and closings, including all documentation.
* Ensure adherence to internal and external policies and regulations (e.g., FATCA, AML, MiFID) across all client documentation and activities.
* Prepare materials for client meetings and events; respond to client inquiries by phone or email.
* Control and monitor client instructions (such as payments, trades, static data changes), monitor credit lines, investment maturities, and handle other relevant administrative tasks.
Profile Requirements
* University degree in Finance, completed banking apprenticeship, or equivalent education.
* Initial work experience in Private Banking.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage.
* Strong prioritization, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; able to weigh issues and set priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic, and high accountability.
* Written and spoken fluency in English and German.
