Partners Group's Client Solutions Benelux team is seeking a driven, client-focused and collaborative professional based in the Zug headquarters or Luxembourg office. In order to further strengthen our growth, we are looking for a client solutions professional for client acquisition and maintenance.
Main responsibilities:
1. Supporting client relationship managers with marketing presentations and investment proposals
2. Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates
3. Build professional and technical knowledge in order to independently convert clients and prospects
4. Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders such as service providers requiring strong collaboration with Partners Group internal teams
5. Becoming an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
6. Coordinate client onboarding processes, liaising with internal teams and external counterparties

What we expect
The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, ideally paired with professional experience in a sales or client relationship function.
7. Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
8. 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience in consulting, sales, relationship management, or investment banking
9. Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
10. Excellent analytical competencies and exceptional attention to detail
11. Fluency in both spoken and written Dutch and English (mandatory)
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
13. Knowledge of private markets is an advantage
