Located in Binningen, Switzerland, Wizlynx Group is a leading provider of cyber security services, serving a broad spectrum of international and local clients. We seek a strong Sales Manager candidate who thrives on new challenges, with a “can do” attitude and respects a global business environment.
This position contributes to the success of Wizlynx Group by effectively generating revenue through selling Wizlynx Group Switzerland's products and services portfolio to new customers. Additionally, the role includes managing local partners and vendors to support sales and business development.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
Identify business development activities to improve market position and generate growth
Plan and execute business development activities
Provide leadership input for management decisions
Network within the Wizlynx Group Switzerland ecosystem
Interact with thought leaders to promote Wizlynx Group Switzerland
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline using contacts
Submit weekly updated pipeline reports
Plan sales calls, meetings, events, and visits efficiently
Manage sales tasks effectively
Prepare deal calculations, offers, estimates, and presentations within timelines and customer expectations
Update the pipeline report weekly and coordinate with leadership for capacity planning
Drive decision-making for mature deals and opportunities
Estimate margins for opportunities to support decisions
Lead the sales process for RFPs, proposals, bidding, and contracts
Contribute to global sales strategy and local tactics
Manage customer relationships
Maintain vendor and partner lists and hold review meetings to ensure mutually beneficial engagement
Ideal Experience, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Experience
Minimum 5 years of IT industry delivery experience
At least 2 years in channel/territory management and sales within IT
Deep knowledge of the sales cycle
Strong communication skills and confidence
Knowledge of cybersecurity services and industry
Language Skills
Proficiency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory
Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is optional

Flexible in complex business scenarios
Customer-focused with results-driven attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel
