We are seeking an experienced leader to head our global platform strategy, driving innovation and seamless customer experiences across e-commerce, retail stores, mobile apps, ePOS systems, and customer service.
This role oversees a global team of information technology professionals, leveraging a headless architecture to support localized interfaces with a unified global backend.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and enhance our Direct-to-Consumer platform to support global scalability, flexibility, and future growth.
* Deliver consistent customer experiences across all channels, ensuring a unified omnichannel strategy.
* Build, lead, and develop global teams of software engineers, architects, and solution managers.
* Bridge technology teams and regional business units, ensuring platform solutions meet both global standards and local market needs.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, enhance platform capabilities, and stay ahead of industry trends to meet evolving consumer expectations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with relevant experience in Software Engineering or Software Architecture.
* Minimum 10 years of experience leading omnichannel or digital platform strategies, including e-commerce and retail.
* Proven track record of building and managing global platforms with headless architecture.
* Strong knowledge of consumer-focused technologies, including ePOS systems, mobile apps, and backend services.
* Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
