Montena Technology SA is looking to reinforce its team with a: Sales Area Manager 80%-100%Main mission: Drive and develop a dedicated sales area autonomously and ensure its growth by building sustainable relationships with distributors, partners, and end customers, while enhancing Montena's presence in established and emerging markets.Specific responsibilities:• Manage and develop the territory to achieve revenue and growth objectives.• Identify and seize new business opportunities while consolidating relationships with existing partners and clients.• Support local distributors and agents through regular visits, commercial support, and technical assistance in close collaboration with internal experts.• Actively develop business in countries where Montena has a limited presence.• Represent Montena at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate new opportunities.• Work closely with Product Management to integrate market feedback, customer needs, and product positioning.• Contribute to marketing by providing field insights based on customer feedback and supporting promotional activities.• Monitor market trends, competitive environment, and customers in the targeted area.Requirements:• A university degree (Bachelor or Master) in electrical engineering or a similar technical field.• Several years of experience in B2B sales of industrial or technical products.• Strong knowledge in electromagnetism and/or electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is important.• Complete professional proficiency in English (C1 level); knowledge of other languages is a plus.• Availability for travel representing about 20% of the time.Behavioral competencies:• Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit.• Excellent intercultural communication and relational skills.• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.• Agility in a dynamic and constantly evolving professional environment.• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach.Start date: immediately or as agreed.Work location: Rossens (FR).We offer a stimulating position within a human-sized technology company, combining varied responsibilities, high autonomy, and modern working conditions in a dynamic environment.
