Your Responsibilities
As ‘Team Leader Strategic Purchasing’, you are responsible for managing the team and making strategic decisions for your field,
1. You are responsible for implementing organisational and process changes,
2. You define and manage the execution of the product segment strategy,
3. You manage cost performance and associated reduction plans,
4. You contribute to analyses, decision-making and the implementation of ‘Make or Buy’ measures,
5. You support product change management through purchasing actions,
6. You are responsible for managing risks related to strategic purchasing activities, supplier risks and product segments,
7. You are responsible for benchmarking product portfolios,
8. You actively and proactively participate in internal and supplier problem-solving activities.
Your Profile
9. You have technical or economic background,
10. You have solid experience in strategic purchasing in a technical field,
11. You are fluent in French and have a very good level of English,
12. You are proficient in MS Office, intranet and ERP systems,
13. You are flexible, independent, reliable and have a strong team spirit.
