Accounting Manager, Accounting Operations
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a seasoned Accounting professional to oversee local Accounting processes and lead a team of accounting staff.
This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. If you have a strong understanding of OTC and PTP processes, general accounting principles, and financial reporting, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role:
* Oversee local Accounting processes, ensuring alignment with global process standards and compliance with internal controls.
* Lead and manage a team of accounting staff, ensuring high performance, development, and team cohesion.
* Collaborate with the Country Head of Finance to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize end-to-end processes.
* Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in Accounting, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
* Strong understanding of OTC and PTP processes, general accounting principles, and financial reporting.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
