Be among the first 25 applicants. Spitex Uster, a business field of the city of Uster, seeks engaged colleagues who want to ensure and advance ambulatory care, support and assistance for about 40,500 residents in Uster and Mönchaltorf.
Our services include somatic and psychiatric care, counseling, household assistance, and the Spitex shop. We are also a training and internship site and a member of the Healthcare Mile Uster cooperative. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individualized care, support, and assistance in their homes, enabling them to remain in familiar surroundings or return home sooner after an inpatient stay.

Deine Hauptaufgaben
* Learning and independently carrying out care and support tasks for our clients, always taking their individual needs and available resources into account.
* Learning the care process, creating a care plan and carrying out goal‑oriented care measures under professional guidance.
Das bringst Du mit
* For the 3‑year HF nursing education: a completed professional education with an official Swiss certificate or secondary school completion.
* For the shortened 2‑year education: a FaGe apprenticeship certificate with at least grade 5 and half a year of work experience.
* A successful suitability test at the ZAG or CBZ education center.
* Personal qualities: high initiative, independence, mental and physical resilience, and excellent observation, decision‑making and reflection skills.
* Optional: own car (kilometer compensation provided by Spitex) or a category B driving licence.
