Responsibilities Perform administrative tasks within operational procurement, especially in spare parts management.
Work with SAP to support and execute purchasing processes.
Process and coordinate customer service orders.
Support daily operations of the procurement team.
Handle inquiries from suppliers and internal customers to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements Solid knowledge of SAP, ideally in a procurement context.
Experience in procurement or comparable administrative processes.
Precise, independent, and service-oriented working style.
Understanding of master data management and its importance in processes.
Good Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Ability to communicate appropriately in German and English, both written and spoken.
Conditions Temporary assignment (not a permanent position).
Full-time position (100%).
No work-from-home option
