This role plays a key part in driving the growth of technical teams by identifying, attracting, and securing top‑tier talent in highly competitive markets. With a strong focus on tech and security profiles, you will contribute directly to the company’s ability to scale effectively and maintain high hiring standards. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for both candidates and hiring managers. The position requires a balance of strategic sourcing, structured interviewing, and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with technical leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. This is a fast‑paced and impact‑driven environment where candidate experience and quality of hire are top priorities.
Accountabilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and security‑related roles
Develop and implement targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract a high volume of qualified tech professionals
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and ensure successful hiring outcomes
Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for technical positions
Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication at every stage of the process
Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipelines and support efficient hiring operations from job posting to offer stage
Continuously improve recruitment approaches based on market insights and hiring performance data
Requirements
3+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, ideally within technical or IT‑focused environments
Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, including software, infrastructure, or security positions
Strong ability to conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and assess candidate skills effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with Upper‑Intermediate or higher English proficiency
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and technical teams
Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools in competitive talent markets
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a candidate‑centric mindset
