About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Professional Services Consultant to implement, configure, and integrate Satuit’s CRM and Portal software into our client base. This individual will work closely with the external clients as well as the internal Development, Sales, and Client Success teams to collaboratively deliver successful product implementations, associated customizations, custom API integrations, and bespoke reports on time and within budget. Experience in the Investment Management Industry with database design and development is highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
Customization & Configuration: Translate business requirements into scalable Satuit solutions by working closely with stakeholders. Configure screens, picklists, workflows, validation rules, automations, and triggers for various processes.
Data Management & Migration: Ensure data integrity and governance by managing data imports, migrations, and clean-up efforts using the products’ pre-built Import Tools and/or other ETL tools as necessary.
Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between Satuit and other systems (Portfolio Accounting, Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses), including REST and/or SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions like Zapier and Pipedream. Ensure secure and scalable integrations for seamless data exchange.
Project Scoping: Complete Discovery, Analysis, and Design reviews for custom professional services projects. Ensure that projects and proposals have detailed descriptions of project scope, deliverables, effort, and timelines. Serve as pre-sales and post-sales product specialist when needed.
Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into business performance. Work with clients to develop custom reports that drive strategic decision-making. Experience with Microsoft Report Builder and Power BI for data visualization and analytics is a plus.
Collaboration & Support: Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to provide ongoing support and ensure system stability through effective communication with proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
* 5-7 years of related technical experience, with a minimum of 3 years working directly with external clients
Experience Requirements Include
* CRM integrations, including API development (REST, SOAP) integrations or with middleware solutions (Zapier, Pipedream) for integration projects
* Reporting tools (Microsoft Report Builder, Power BI)
* Writing SQL queries
* Demonstrated strong understanding of data management best practices, including data governance and security.
* Investment Management experience (preferred)
* Proven understanding of key technology concepts including project lifecycle, relational databases (SQL), enterprise software, customer relationship management (CRM)
