Key Account Manager Job Description
This role involves managing and developing top accounts to ensure business continuity and operational support. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining databases, processes, and reporting as well as communicating with internal and external parties.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will enable business continuity by managing and developing top accounts. This includes ensuring weekly orders are processed, participating in monthly meetings with clients, and executing stock allocation authorized by demand planning.
You will also manage information flow between clients and the company on repack management, submit exceptional management orders according to procedure, and manage client product requests for FOC + preseries. Additionally, you will assist KAM/SAM with pricing tool support, clusters implementation to clients and fields, and GWP CPS commitments for GWPs & samples & preseries.
Responsibilities
* Order Management: Ensure weekly orders processing and participate monthly meetings with the client
* Stock Allocation: Efficient execution of Stock Allocation authorized by Demand Planning
* Exceptional Management Orders: Submit Exceptional Management orders according to the procedure
* Repack Management: Manage the information flow between the client and the company on REPACK management (switch / order / buffer for shortage)
* Client Product Requests: Manage client product requests for FOC + Preseries
* Pricing Tool Support: Support KAM/SAM for Pricing Tool
* Clusters Implementation: Support KAM/SAM with Clusters implementation to the client and fields
* GWP CPS Commitments: Submit GWP CPS Commitments for GWPs & Samples & Preseries
Analytics/Reporting/Data:
* Sell-in Reporting: Basing on the established format provide weekly sell-in reporting, consolidating data for the area and finalizing monthly sell-in report
* Sell-out Reporting: Help the team to get the correct and properly formatted sell-out numbers from the clients and prepare monthly sell-out reporting template for team to submit comments, consolidate the data
* Data Exporting: Support the team with data exporting from the systems for business reviews/new launches presentations/client meetings
* Heisight Forecasts Evolution: Track weekly Heisight forecasts evolution vs. actual orders
* Monthly Activity Plan: Prepare Monthly Activity Plan
Novelties/Business Development:
* Launches Follow-up: Follow up for all launches, AD, OCD, Monthly and weekly Sell In Trackers, actual ordering by Key Airports, coordinate with client and internally.
* Client Media Requests: Provide the accounts with Pack Shots and any other relevant material
* Catalogs/Marketing Book/Training: Support for Catalogs / Marketing Book / Training. Prepare the customers templates and participate in the events dedicated to the novelties launches
* Business Reviews/Presentations: Contribution/Participation to business reviews and client presentations
Digital:
* PUIG Brands Rollout: Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the rollout of PUIG brands across travel retailers' websites
* Product Descriptions/Images: Managing the upkeep of product descriptions and images on travel retailers websites
* Landing Pages/Product Information: Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other details related to PUIG brand image to ensure a positive and accurate user experience on travel retail websites
* Digital Marketing Promotions: Assisting with decisions about digital marketing promotions and online partnership with travel retailers
* Brand Evolution Tracking: Tracking brand evolution across travel retailers' websites (share of voice, sales, brilliant basics)

Experience in luxury and/or fragrance industry will be highly valued.
Educational background: Degree in Business Administration or similar.
Languages: Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish language will be considered as a plus.
