This role supports successful customer installations, business growth, and cross‑functional alignment among supply chain, commercial, and service organizations, while shaping scalable processes that improve performance, reliability, and customer experience. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and oversee installation planning operations for the EMEA Cluster, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution aligned with business priorities. /liliDevelop and implement strategic planning processes to support capital equipment and system installations across global and regional markets. /liliPartner cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial, Service, Finance, and Project Management teams to align demand, capacity, and execution plans. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, cycle times, and installation readiness. /liliLead, coach, and develop a high‑performing installation planning team, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession readiness. /liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively manage risks, constraints, and escalations impacting installation delivery. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and internal governance requirements. /liliSupport transformation initiatives, including digital tools, standardization, and process harmonization across regions. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbEducation /b /pulliBachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. /liliMaster’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. /li /ulpbExperience and Skills /b /pulliMinimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, installation planning, operations, or related functions, including people leadership at a manager or senior manager level. /liliDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional planning activities in a global or regional environment. /liliProven ability to manage change, drive continuous improvement, and influence senior stakeholders. /liliExperience working within regulated environments, preferably MedTech, healthcare, or manufacturing. /liliExperience supporting capital equipment or complex system installations (preferred). /liliKnowledge of advanced planning systems, ERP platforms, and digital supply chain tools (preferred). /liliLean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodology experience (preferred). /liliExperience leading teams across multiple geographies or cultures (preferred). /liliStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. /li /ulpbOther /b /pulliLanguage: English proficiency required; additional European languages preferred. /liliTravel: Up to 20–30% internationally within the cluster. /liliCertifications: APICS, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma preferred but not required. /li /ulpJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
