Overview
Specialist Creative Product Developer/ Designer Knitwear (d/f/m) – Kreuzlingen. Fulltime 100%. Design role with a focus on knitwear and jersey design, responsible for creative and organizational creation of collections, sketching, prototype development, supplier contact, trade fair visits, yarn concept and quality specification. You will present your collection as part of the collection handover and key accounts.
Responsibilities
* Drive the creative and organizational creation of knitwear/jersey collections.
* Sketch concepts and develop prototypes.
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage trade fair visits.
* Develop yarn concepts and set quality specifications.
* Present the collection during handover to the team and key accounts.
Qualifications
* A successfully completed degree in fashion design or comparable creative training.
* Relevant professional experience in design with a focus on knitwear.
* A keen awareness of trends and fashion.
* Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or comparable graphics programmes.
* Good knowledge of the PDM system and IT skills (MS Office).
* Very good English skills.
* A confident personality who can work independently, creatively and on their own initiative.
* Team spirit with strong communication and organizational skills.
