The brand DREAME is growing steadily. With the expansion of our outdoor portfolio (robot lawn mowers, pool robots, and other outdoor devices), we are starting a new and strategically important project. For this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with a strong network.
Your Mission
As a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager, you are responsible for building and expanding our sales channels in specialist retail, online, and retail across Switzerland. You develop long-term partnerships and successfully position our brands in the market.
Your Responsibilities
* Development and implementation of the sales strategy for outdoor devices
* Building, managing, and developing key accounts (specialist retailers, online, and retail)
* Forecasting, promotion planning, and sales planning
* Close cooperation with the Marketing and Retail teams
* Participation in trade fairs and industry events
* Market and competitor analysis
* Regular reporting to the Head of Sales
* Close cooperation with teams from other product categories
Your Profile
* Strong existing network in the outdoor, garden, or pool equipment sector
* Solid knowledge of the relevant product categories and markets
* Several years of experience in business development or key account management
* Languages: Very good German, French, and English are mandatory; Italian is an advantage
* High willingness to travel: 3 days on the road, 2 days in the office
* Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of initiative, and strong negotiation skills
