E-Commerce Specialist
As an E-Commerce Specialist, your main goal is to drive online sales and deliver a seamless, engaging digital experience. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, taking ownership of daily website operations, digital visual merchandising, and contributing to strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Strategy
* Manage the sales calendar in collaboration with different business areas
* Develop initiatives to boost online sales with an omnichannel approach
* Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue
Content Management & Digital Visual Merchandising
* Create and optimize user journeys for different customer segments
* Apply digital visual merchandising to improve product presentation and website layout
* Manage website content via CMS and newsletters, ensuring SEO best practices
* Support content creation using tools such as Figma
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor KPIs and analyse website performance
* Prepare reports to identify improvements and support data‑driven decisions
Core Skills & Competencies
* Strong digital design and creative skills
* Expertise in digital visual merchandising
* Hands‑on, operational mindset with full ownership of daily activities
* Effective cross‑functional collaboration and communication
Your Profile
* University degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail/fashion)
* Solid e‑commerce background with strong execution and optimization skills
* Strong interest in e‑commerce, web marketing, and IT
* Commercial mindset with problem‑solving ability and initiative
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
