Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Executive

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with extensive pharmaceutical supply chain experience to join our team. As a senior supply chain executive, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global supply chain strategies, focusing on demand planning, supply continuity, and cost optimization across Europe and the U.S.
You will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for raw materials, APIs, FDFs, and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with regional teams to implement robust demand forecasting and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment of supply with market needs and production capabilities.
Your key responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize inventory levels globally. You will also manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers, ensuring quality, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Furthermore, you will partner with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to support new product launches, market expansions, and supply chain risk management. Your expertise in managing complex international supply chains across Europe and North America will be invaluable in this role.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, with significant exposure to planning, strategy, and procurement at a global or regional level
* Demonstrated expertise in managing complex international supply chains across Europe and North America
* Strong track record of driving S&OP, demand planning, supplier negotiation, and strategic procurement initiatives
* Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks including EU GDP and U.S. FDA supply chain compliance
* Experience working in or with global contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs/CDMOs) and logistics partners
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage remote, multi-cultural teams
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
* Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus
