Based in Basel, you will design and deliver high‑quality theoretical and hands‑on training programs, ensuring our technicians stay fully compliant with regulations and aligned with our Skills Development Center / Jet Academy standards. /p pThis role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of aviation expertise, continuous learning, and people development. /p h3Your mission /h3 pbTraining Design Development /b /p ul lipBuild and continuously update engaging technical training curricula, including manuals, practical training syllabi, and multimedia content. /p /li lipSelect and apply modern, effective training methods tailored to diverse learning needs. /p /li /ul pbInstruction Facilitation /b /p ul lipDeliver classroom training for compliance-related topics as well as theoretical and practical technical training. /p /li lipFoster a positive, impactful learning environment that strengthens operational capability. /p /li /ul pbCompliance Documentation /b /p ul lipEnsure all training content remains fully aligned with relevant EASA regulations and internal standards. /p /li lipMaintain up‑to‑date training profiles, documentation, and records in SuccessFactors. /p /li /ul pbContinuous Improvement /b /p ul lipCollect and evaluate training feedback to drive ongoing enhancements. /p /li lipIntroduce and refine internal assessment standards for Trainers and Mentors, including evaluation and authorization processes. /p /li /ul h3What we will offer you /h3 ul lipAn exciting and challenging job in a dynamic environment. /p /li lipOpportunities for professional growth and ongoing training /p /li lipCollaborative teams that foster respect, trust, and open communication /p /li lipThe chance to work on some of the world’s most advanced aircraft /p /li /ul h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul lipMinimum of 5 years’ experience in an aviation environment. /p /li lipPart‑66 B1/C or B2/C license preferred. /p /li lipSolid understanding of bEASA regulations /b, bSafety Management Systems (SMS) /b, and bHuman Factors /b. /p /li lipFoundational technical knowledge in bmaintenance and production /b. /p /li lipStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; project management experience is a plus. /p /li lipProficiency with bMicrosoft Office /b and LMS tools, ideally bSuccessFactors /b. /p /li lipInterest in continuous improvement methodologies. /p /li lipFluent in English verbal and written.
