Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Develop and implement apreventive and predictive maintenanceprogram to minimize downtime and extend the life of critical assets, including machine tools, cranes, HVAC systems, air compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
* Oversee thetroubleshooting and repairof all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components.
* Plan, manage, and executefacility expansions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring all projects meet operational and safety requirements.
* Oversee the selection, negotiation, and supervision of allcontractors and service providersperforming work on-site, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
* Lead and optimizeinventory managementoperations, ensuring efficient storage, tracking, and movement of work-in-progress materials and essential parts.
* Oversee themaintenance and upkeep of office spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive environment for employees.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 7+ years of experience in facility management, industrial operations, or maintenance leadership, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
* Proven experience managing maintenance teams, construction projects, inventory operations, and contractor coordination in a complex industrial setting.
* Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment and building infrastructure.
* Experience with inventory management, space optimization, and logistics in a facility with work-in-progress materials.
