Responsibilities

• Achieve QCDP objectives of the traction project and ensure sub-system requirements are implemented, apply Project Strategy according to defined contractual and Project commitments and targets, as allocated on sub-system, plan, monitor, control and manage project end-to-end activities (scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, saving, opportunities).
• Actively contribute to Project performance; alert in case of deviations impacting project objectives; actively contribute to risks, savings and opportunity management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, instructions and standards, process & tools: Code of Ethics & Compliance, Environment Health & Safety and Quality Plan; monitor, control and manage project end-to-end activities (scope, schedule, resources, cost, risks, saving, opportunities).
• Coordinate and support consistent cross-functional execution objectives, activities and deliverables (Engineering, R&D programs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Indus when applicable, Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety (RAMS), etc.).
• Lead teams in successful achievement of project objectives, synchronize stakeholders at traction level and ensure stakeholder alignments.
• Perform sub-system level decisions and trade-offs, implement change management at sub-system level.
• Manage sub-system situation and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and report with transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Traction business and project execution/product development.
• Passion for project management.
• Capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-métier teams.
• Being able to understand the organization, the processes and the products involved and decide independently when significant impact on QCD makes it necessary to involve next level.
• Ability to gain and apply insight from every project.
• Flair for leading and influencing others.
