In this role you are responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving high‑quality technical training programs related to Siemens’ fire detection and safety systems. /p h3Location /h3 pThis position will be based in Zug/Switzerland. Prerequisite is your legal eligibility to work in Switzerland. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liTraining Program Development: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive technical training concepts and curricula for fire safety systems and solutions, translating complex regulations and architectures into practical, learner‑focused content for various target groups (Technical Engineers, Technical Technicians, Project Managers, Technical Support, and End Users). /li liTraining Delivery Facilitation: Plan, organize, and conduct engaging technical fire safety trainings in diverse formats (classroom, virtual, hybrid), facilitating both theoretical sessions and practical, system‑based exercises for all skill levels. /li liLearning Content Creation Management: Develop, update, and manage high‑quality learning assets, including documentation, presentations, manuals, exercises, and digital content (e‑learning, videos), ensuring alignment with current regulations and product releases. /li liStakeholder Collaboration Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Management, RD, Technical Support) to align training content with product updates, regulatory changes, and customer requirements. /li liQuality Assurance Continuous Learning: Collect participant feedback to continuously improve training quality, actively supporting knowledge transfer and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. /li liSpecial Projects Mentoring: Support or lead certification/approval programs, contribute to global/regional training initiatives, and coach/mentor subject matter experts and junior trainers. /li /ul h3Your skills and experience /h3 ul liTechnical degree in electrical engineering, fire safety, building technologies, or a related field. /li liProven experience with fire detection or safety systems, coupled with a strong understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and system architectures (certification is a plus). /li liDemonstrated experience in technical training, knowledge transfer, or a comparable role, ideally including familiarity with digital learning formats and e‑learning tools. /li liExcellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, practical, and engaging content for diverse audiences. /li liStructured, self‑organized, and quality‑oriented working style, comfortable with various learning formats (classroom, virtual, hybrid). /li liCollaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within an international or matrix organization. /li liFluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a significant advantage. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liA challenging and impactful role at the cutting edge of fire safety technology. /li liHigh level of responsibility and autonomy in shaping technical training. /li liClose collaboration with experts across engineering, product development, and project teams. /li liOpportunities to drive global training concepts and foster continuous improvement. /li liDedicated support for your professional development and continuous learning. /li liFurther information about employee benefits can be found here. /li /ul h3What it’s like working for us /h3 pWe place significant emphasis on fostering an inclusive and flexible working culture that encourages everyone to be their authentic selves.
