About the Role
In this role, you will serve as a strategic sales partner to German businesses, guiding them in improving their digital advertising performance. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales objectives, and helping expand the client portfolio across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute tailored digital advertising strategies to support client goals.
Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video, and email communication.
Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Native or fluent German (minimum C1) and good command of English.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience (6–12 months) in digital advertising, PPC, or sales is an advantage.
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
Authorized to work in Spain.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive annual salary ranging from €24,310 to €30,000 (depending on experience).
Performance-based sales bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 per year.
Relocation support including flight, one month of accommodation, and assistance with private health insurance.
Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
