If you have great eye, the ability to capture and highlight products and a quick learning pace, we want you on our team!As part of the marketing team, you will support the development of the company's fragrance collections, from idea to launch: - Carrying out market and competitor analyses to support strategic thinking- Participate in drawing up creative briefs in collaboration with the founders and the marketing team- Coordinate exchanges with partners- Monitor product development (fragrance, packaging, accessories, pricing), respect schedules and ensure final quality- Help prepare launches (sales pitches, samples, etc.)- Ensure the coherence of the 360 elements supporting product launches (POS, training, communication, digital, consumer experience, etc.).
