Job Title: Frozen Production Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Frozen Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our frozen food production line.
Responsibilities:
* To manage a team of staff on the production line, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet productivity targets.
* To participate in the preparation and packaging of products according to company guidelines.
* To ensure that all products leaving the factory meet quality standards by conducting regular checks and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* To address any equipment breakdowns or other operational issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining continuity of production.
Requirements:
1. A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in food manufacturing is essential for this role. You should also have at least two years' experience in a similar position within the industry. .
