Responsibilities
* Creator of Sweet Treats: Participate in development of pastries for all our sites – the Living Room, the Brasserie 1519, the In Room Dining and the Banqueting.
* Innovative and inspired: Be creative, inventive, and organized to work efficiently.
* Excellence in Hygiene: Rigorously apply HACCP hygiene rules and follow 5-star standards.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in pastry-making in a 5‑star hotel.
* Diploma in pastry-making.
* Mastery of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
* Fluent in French and English/Spanish.
* Strong interest in the worlds of taste, sound, the body, the stage and taking a stand.
* Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.
Additional Information
Position to be filled now, for long‑term contract. Due to visa restrictions, only applications from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered.
