Job Description
* Handle daily and periodic accounting operations from A to Z
* Prepare monthly and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Monitor general ledger activity, bank movements, and key balance sheet items
* Ensure timely processing of supplier and customer transactions
* Support VAT, social charges, and standard tax filings
* Liaise with external accountants or auditors as needed
* Maintain accounting procedures and help improve internal workflows
* Contribute to tools optimization, document flow, or cost tracking when relevant
* Provide support on finance-related topics to internal stakeholders (admin, operations, etc.)
The Successful Applicant
* 3+ years of experience in accounting, ideally in a small or mid-sized industrial or technical environment
* Comfortable working independently and structuring financial processes
* Familiar with Swiss accounting standards and basic tax / social security requirements
* Proficient in Excel; used to working with accounting software or ERP systems
* French fluent, English good enough for documentation or tools navigation
* Reliable, down-to-earth, and proactive - able to manage day-to-day priorities without heavy supervision
