Your tasks
* Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping, de-preservation, etc.
* Handling of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines between ship stands, pedestals and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
* Perform incoming inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Report findings to engineering.
* Perform outgoing inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Initiate corrective actions in case of findings.
* Documentation of installed Engine Components with Vocollect System.
* Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
* Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
* Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming improvement of quality and reducing production cost
Your Profile
* Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics or equivalent)
* > 2 years of experience
* In case of field assistance: willingness to travel
* Willingness to work in two shifts
* Solid Communication skills
* Problem Solving skills
* Independent, precise, and responsible work
* Open-minded, dedicated team player
* High safety, quality, and cost awareness
* Solid in MS office and SAP experience
* German and English Level B1
