Your Role: Tech Support Specialist (German Market)
As a Frontline Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our German‑speaking users. You’ll help with software setup, basic troubleshooting, subscription renewals, and promote premium services through cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
* Handle ~25 inbound contacts/day (calls & emails) across 7 tools
* Support German‑speaking users with:
o Product downloads, installations, activations
o Account inquiries and subscription renewals
o Manual purchase guidance
o Basic troubleshooting via remote support tools
* Upsell/cross‑sell relevant products based on user needs
* Work toward performance targets and advance to premium technical support after proven success
Your Profile
Language Requirements
* German: C1 (native or near‑native)
* English: B2+ (for training & internal tools)
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 1 year in customer care or tech support (preferably in tech)
* Strong oral & written communication
* Solid PC literacy with hands‑on knowledge of:
o Windows, macOS, Android, iOS
o Firewalls, antivirus software, internet applications
* Typing speed: 25+ WPM with 85% accuracy
